    Our website gives you several ways to get started with us, through our monthly in-person presentations, our Zoom presentations, and one-on-one in-person or Zoom appointments.

  • What is the turnaround time from start to finish?

    At Better Benefits Family, we provide a very thorough Estate and Financial Planning process, which includes three scheduled appointments: (1) fact gathering and review, (2) review of first draft of the Estate and Financial Plan, and beginning of the implementation process, and (3) reviewing and signing any documents needed to implement the Estate and Financial Plan.

  • How much in retirement assets do I need in order to get started?

    Better Benefits Family serves the underserved market of age 50+ with retirement assets of $750,000 to $10,000,000.

  • What size does my business have to be in order to get started?

    If your business has sales revenue in the amount of $1,000,000 to $20,000,000, you fit our preferred Better Benefits Family client profile.

  • How does Better Benefits Family charge for services?

    Better Benefits Family Financial Services, Inc.’s fees range from a minimimum of $3,000 and up, depending on which of our services you choose. The fee is not charged to you if you reallocate your assets according to the Estate and Financial Plan we develop for you, or if you reallocate your assets to improve your existing Estate and Financial Plan.

  • How is my information protected?

    Your information is protected by A+ rated financial service companies, as well as five star internet security firms and in-house building security.

  • Can Better Benefits Family send me some information through my email address?

    You can initially communicate with us by filling out a form on our webpage or giving us a call at 312-873-1101. We’ll get back to you via email or by phone, whichever you prefer.

  • What are your days / hours of operation?

    Our offices are available for appointments from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with the last appointment at 4:00 pm, and Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Saturday appointments are for existing clients only. No Sunday and Holiday appointments, except for existing clients in emergency situations.

  • Is Better Benefits Family a fiduciary of my assets?

    No, Better Benefits Family is an Estate and Financial Planning Service. The fiduciary responsibility for your assets will be reallocated to A+ broker dealers and insurance carriers.

  • Can I implement my existing Estate and Financial Plan through Better Benefits Family?

    Yes, however, we will have to give your existing Estate and Financial Plan a second opinion review through Better Benefits Family Financial Services, Inc., in order to upgrade your Plans.
